We have seen during this crisis, large-scale efforts were made to use internet technology to support our education system. However, this crisis has made us to face the various challenges of technology, particularly in the field of education, as it has affected almost every family in the world.

People under this crisis realized that the proper accessing equipment will be needed by the students to do serious studies.

Many students perhaps may not realize that there exists a big security threat when they are online and cybercriminals can take advantage of the current situation.

Those students who have enrolled in certain lab-based courses like the engineering or biological sciences may face unique challenges because of COVID-19.

Many students have to log in to certain websites during the study where there are various restrictions due to software license issues.
- Teachers who are not familiar with online teaching
Even today, many teachers are continuing with traditional methods of teaching. Under this condition, they were unable to contribute to teaching.
To make sure that digital technology offers the same access to education, it is necessary to close all kinds of digital divides. Extra efforts are required to provide affordable internet facilities to empower those people who are excluded.
